Stoke Brewer Rubber Dam Forceps. Used to transfer the rubber dam clamp to the tooth. The working ends have small projections that fit into corresponding holes on the rubber dam clamp and spread apart when the handles are squeezed together. The sliding ring locks the handles in position while the clamp is positioned around the tooth.
