Refund policy
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery in an unopened original packaging.
All returns must obtain return authorization first. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice they appeared on.
Incomplete returns will not be honored and items will not be re-shipped to the customer!
- Any disputes on incomplete/ wrong/ defective orders must be made within 48 Hrs. of delivery!
APPLICABLE LAW
- These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the Ontario provincial laws.
- Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the provisions of this contract requires the parties to come together and to try and find an amicable solution to their dispute, before applying to the competent court.
